Franchise owner. That was I was having a conversation with recently. And I made note of this because I wanted to talk about it on the pod because I thought it was just a great topic. You're going to have top performers, you're going to have people in the middle, and you're going to have people at the bottom. You have that in every single business, okay? Even chick fil A has locations that close. Very simple. If you do not execute, you will fail. If you have a weak mind, you will fail. If you like to be around negative people, you will fail. You start putting that in your head, you start complaining and you start talking about anything to do with struggling. Or what if this doesn't work? I was mind blown. Mind blown. If you want something and you say you want it, you have to act on it quickly, like you're you're competing against people like me. You're never going to win against me. You know, surrounding yourself with negative people. You know, if you want to learn how to be a top performer, be around top performers.
