So I'm going to touch I'm going to touch on it. People say I always talk about discipline, you know, how do I keep discipline when I travel? 00:00:49:04 - 00:01:05:14 Unknown So, I thought this would be great topic to touch on. And, look, I do travel quite a bit, and, I do actually have some international trips coming up because obviously, as you know, we're opening up in the GCC region. So we'll be opening up in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and then, heading over to Egypt, Morocco. 00:01:05:16 - 00:01:26:12 Unknown So, I do travel and there is no excuses, right? So I'm not going to go through every single detail because I can't tell you all my secrets. I give you a lot of them, but especially when it comes to my health and fitness. But I have a routine that I do every single morning. It involves different things that I take, and it involves, you know, certain amounts of, of water. 00:01:26:12 - 00:01:49:02 Unknown I drink with salt and I have this whole crazy process. But anyway, that doesn't change when I travel. Like, so, for example, like the salt I use, I literally individually pack them, pack it out for each day in the bag. Okay. I also have honey in the morning. I make sure I have that same honey with me when I travel. My workouts don't change if I'm in a room that does not have a bath so I can get my ice bath in, I will make sure there's some some available. I'm traveling next week. I'll just. I'll just won't do it. I'll take. No. Nothing changes. You got to keep everything exactly the same. It's got to be exactly the same. You need that consistency. You know that is going to really show up in other powerful ways in, in your life and obviously with, you know, the success that you want to achieve because you have to be disciplined. 00:02:39:00 - 00:02:58:20 Unknown The problem is most people are not disciplined. And, you know, my routine is literally the same every day. I get up at 329. Sometimes it's a little bit earlier. First thing I do is I jump right into my ice bath, right from my ice bath, you know, wash up, get ready. Have my little, my water and a couple things that I do in the morning that I had to work out. 00:02:58:20 - 00:03:24:06 Unknown I work out usually for about like an hour and a half, depending on the day. I'm either, you know, doing some intense cardio or I'm doing my sauna. And, from there, I get ready and I get to my office. In my office, anywhere between like, 645 and 715 and go, you know, crushed today. And I usually leave here anywhere between seven 7:00, usually like 630, 7:00, sometimes a little bit later. 00:03:24:06 - 00:03:38:09 Unknown Depends on the day and what I'm doing and, rinse and repeat and do it all over again. But we talk about discipline. Discipline also comes with being prepared. So the night before you should literally have everything ready. Like I have my goals set for the next day of what I'm going to be accomplishing that day when I'm here working. 00:03:38:09 - 00:03:53:05 Unknown So I know that I'm being effective, right? I'm never busy. I'm effective. Big difference. Then I go home. I have my clothes laid out for the day. And, for those of you know me, I wear pretty much the same thing every day. I got like, 20 of the same shirts and, shorts and pants and all that. 00:03:53:05 - 00:04:05:01 Unknown So, you know, it's pretty quick. It's pretty quick for me. I just really pull. Well, one, two, three. Boom. Let it out. Let it sit there on the counter and I'm ready for the morning. I have my breakfast ready to go in the morning. I have all my vitamins that I take ready to go in the morning. 00:04:05:07 - 00:04:27:00 Unknown I have my, cooler packed with all my stuff so I can take it to the workout, and I'm out. And that's literally rinse and repeat every single day. So there's not really much I need to really touch on more here. It's just the point I'm trying to make for you is that if you want real discipline, like, I mean, like high level discipline, and you want to be an untouched person, like no one can touch you, then you're the best of the best. 00:04:27:02 - 00:04:42:23 Unknown You better really start focusing on being obsessed when it comes to your consistency and your discipline. Because I think at the end of the day, that says a lot about you. And, you know, I don't need to share this with anybody. I don't really have to tell anyone what I do. It doesn't matter. Like, a lot of people like to go on social media and talk about what they do, but they actually really don't even do it. They just lying. So that's not going to get you anywhere. Guys.
