was vacant, when the owner bought it, it's right in front of the palms, know, we didn't have to murder all the children that were on it. You see, had we needed to murder everybody that was currently on the land, I don't know that I would have been the best salesperson. You know, I would have had some sort of moral hangup about like, sure, you're going to be haunted for the rest of your life by the souls of this land, but can you check out the view of the Mediterranean from this? mean, fucking A, right?

We're gonna talk about the, so the demilitarization principles. I went through them. I did like a freeze frame on his presentation, pulled it up and went through all his bullet points. So I'm gonna talk to you about the presentation that Jared Kushner gave to these bloodthirsty billionaires in Switzerland about the redevelopment plans for Gaza. And you will be horrified, I assure you. I'll talk to, I'll name the people. Some of them, the name, most of the names you won't recognize.

but I'll at least give you the country of origin, what they're doing. I'll talk about the 11 person executive board that's going to oversee this.

that you don't need, don't want, and will try to return the minute you get home. And they do it, they do it very well. They're good at selling it. So when I saw this, I thought, let's hear it. Give me the timeshare presentation. I'm curious to know, I'm looking for something that will signal to me that I'm just about to hear some of the dumbest shit I've ever heard in my entire life. And I got it, I got it right off the bat from Jared Kushner.

When you're doing pre, it's one thing if you build the building and it's there and then people can walk in. I'm talking about selling things. I'm talking about if you're like in my case, when I was in New Home Sales, I sold houses that didn't exist. I sold houses that you had to pick the lot and then build the house. didn't just, I it's easy. could sell houses all day long that were like there to build, but I sold 12 houses in one day that didn't even exist. That people had to go out.

Pick the lot, we pick the lot and pick which house you want on it and then it's gonna take four months before we even start, because we're building like crazy and you're behind, you know, only so much we can do. And then it'll take eight months before it's done once we start it. So you'll get this house in a year. So I know a good presentation when I see one. So when they start the presentation off with this is for the people of Gaza, I know I am dealing with some legendary bullshit, okay?

Then they followed it up by saying that the entire development was going to be done in two or three years. Two or three years? Well, I understand that this is Palestine and not the United States. two to three years, they say they're gonna build it in zones to create New Gaza and New Ra'afa. You know, the people that were there before, they didn't ask for New Gaza. The expected GDP, so then they go on and they say, well, listen, this real estate development is going to be a cash flow cow. It's just gonna generate tons of revenue. In fact, they have estimates for it.

I want you to just put your, just for a moment, put yourself in the minds of these people. Currently on this land, there are children who are blown to smithereens. Everybody who is still alive is starving to death. There's no water. The Red Cross isn't allowed in there. The media, when they go in there, are shot in the head. They just killed a CBS, killed three journalists last week, including a CBS journalist. Then Barry Weiss went on TV and said it was the CBS journalist's fault for being there.

stack chips and count cards and give this guy, you know, make sure that this guy gets a Jack and Coke when he, you know, and make sure that this guy always, you know, has to hit on 16. You know, we're going to teach all these people how to do this. It's going to be great. $25 billion of investments in modern reliable utilities and public services. So it's an infrastructure make work progress project as well, right? There's, there's another $3 billion that they seek for investments in commercial zones, business districts and

micro grants and mini loans. So they're talking about building this out. It's got a very Belt and Road initiative feel to it.

We'll build out a great port. We'll lay in all this infrastructure. We'll bring some good rail in here. You know, one of the interesting things about this, when you look at the location of this concentration, mean, master plan area, it's in the southern part, the very, very southern part, but it does not border Egypt, only Israel. That wasn't accidental.

He co-founded a company called Cadre with his brother Josh Kushner. And it's amazing, even though his father was in prison for fraud and Trump pardoned him.

But when Jared Kushner and Josh Kushner decided to start their real estate investment company, Cadre, they borrowed $250 million to do it, which is not easy for everybody to get access to.
