[00:00:34:15 - 00:00:45:00] I've been off Metformin for over a year now and I've been off of CGM as well. [00:00:46:14 - 00:01:21:22] The book on inflammation is already published, as I mentioned before. And now there's another book on herbs, vitamins and minerals that can help and support a diabetic or anybody with metabolic syndrome. And that will be out very soon. What is interesting is not so much the GLP1 agonist medications, which I've been talking about a lot for obesity. [00:01:23:01 - 00:01:42:16] But our body actually has natural GLP1 and how to stimulate that and to help with insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, obesity. And weight loss. [00:01:44:19 - 00:02:40:08] The natural things that can support the body and the next book is going to be exploring that facet of diabetic support. But as I've recently been reading people with celiac, with Crohn's, colitis, they can all benefit from having natural healthy support. Some of it from the diet, simple small changes to diet, but also some things to help you with your body and your digestion and your microbiome. So that is coming out soon.
